Dr. Armağan AYDIN graduated from Istanbul University in 2008 as a maritime transport management engineer. He
completed his master's degree in Health Tourism and earned a PhD in Tourism Management. He began working at the
Southern Aegean Development Agency in May 2010. He served in the Monitoring and Evaluation unit, and Aydın Investment
Support Office. As the coordinator of the Aydın Investment Support Office (ISO), he contributed to various tourism projects,
he has expertise in project management and the preparation of feasibility and sectoral analysis reports. He has published
articles and book chapters focusing on tourism competitiveness and finance. In addition to his native language, he isproficient in English and has beginner-level proficiency in German.
