Önder YAYLA is an Associate Professor of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Kadirli Faculty of Applied Sciences of Osmaniye Korkut Ata University in Osmaniye, Turkey. He received his MBA from Afyon Kocatepe University and his PhD from Anadolu University. He specializes on the food geography in Turkey. His current research interests include taste psychology and sociology, the impact of immigration on culinary culture, and rural development through gastronomy tourism.
