Author’s Guide
Authorship and Contribution
Each author named in the study is equally responsible for the content of the study. It is unacceptable to not include the name of the researcher even though he contributed to the study, or to include his name unjustly even though he did not contribute. The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final manuscript and agree to submit it for publication.

Author Change Requests
Authors are required to carefully review the list and order of authors before submitting their manuscript, and to provide the definitive list of authors at the time of original submission. Changing the author responsibilities of a work whose evaluation process has begun (such as adding an author, changing the order of authors, removing an author) cannot be proposed.

Article Writing
Authors should stick to the findings of their research. It is out of question to change the findings, to make up findings and results and to conduct research based on them. Situations such as tampering with data and materials, deleting, removing, or skipping the interpretation of difficult data are distrustful. The article should contain sufficient detail and references to allow others to repeat the work.

Originality
Authors guarantee that their work is original. It is not possible for authors to submit their works to journals simultaneously. Authors cannot send their previously published works to Socio-Technic journal.

Original Source Use and Citation
When authors include ideas, languages, pictures, graphics, and tables of other researchers in their work, they have to indicate this as a quotation. Quoting without specifying the source is grounds for plagiarism. Privately obtained information, such as in conversations, correspondence, or discussions with third parties, should not be used without the express and written permission of the source.

Data Access and Retention
Raw data about the article can be requested from the author within the framework of the evaluation processes, in such a case the author should be ready to present the expected data and information to the editorial board and scientific committee.

Multi and Simultaneous Broadcasting
Authors cannot have their work in the application process of more than one journal at the same time. Each application can be started following the completion of the previous application. A study published in another journal cannot be sent to Socio-Technic. An author should not submit a previously published article for consideration in another journal, except in the form of an abstract.

Ethics Committee Permission Certificate
"Ethics Committee Permission" is required for studies to be published (research that requires data collection from participants using survey, interview, focus group work, observation, experiment, interview techniques). In studies that require ethics committee permission, the article file and ethics committee permission document should also be uploaded to the system. Information about permission (board name, date, page number) should be included in the method section and on the first or last page of the article.

Conflict of Interest
All authors must clearly disclose their financial and personal relationships with any person or organization that might conflict with their work, materially impair the objectivity of the work, or provide an unfair advantage to any person or organization. Examples of conflicts of interest include employment, consultancies, stock ownership, fees for service, paid expert testimony, patent applications/registrations, grants or other sources of funding. Authors should state their interests in the declaration of interest. If the article is accepted, this statement will be published.

Error Reporting
The author should immediately notify the journal editor or publisher if he or she becomes aware of any inaccuracies or errors in published or under review work. It is the author's responsibility to cooperate with the editor in corrections or retractions.

Image Integrity
It is not acceptable to enhance, darken, move, remove, or add a particular feature to an image. Authors must abide by the policy for graphic images enforced by the journal.
