Abstract

Pestisitler,
canlıların yaşamsal faaliyetlerini devam ettirebilmek amacı ile ihtiyaç
duydukları besin maddelerinin üretim aşamasından tüketime kadar korunabilmeleri
için kullanılan madde veya madde karışımlarıdır.

Etki
mekanizmalarına göre kontak, sistemik ve yarı sistemik etki gösterenler olarak
üç gruba ayrılan pestisitler, bitkilerde yaygın kullanım alanına sahiptirler.
Bu pestisitlerin bilinçsiz kullanımı kalıntıya neden olmaktadır. Bu kalıntılar uzaklaştırılmalı
veya yok edilmelidir.





Kalıntıları
uzaklaştırmak amacı ile ürün çeşidi ve etki mekanizmasına (kontak-sistemik-yarı
sistemik) göre yöntem belirlenmelidir. Çeşme suyu, klordioksit çözeltisi ve
peroksiasetik asit çözeltileri gibi çözeltiler ile yıkama işlemi, ısıl işlem
uygulaması, ozon, ultrases, vurgulu elektrik alan, yüksek hidrostatik basınç ve
gama ışını uygulamaları kalıntıları uzaklaştırmak veya azaltmak amacı ile
uygulanabilecek işlemler arasında yer almaktadırlar.

Abstract

Pesticides
are mixtures of substances or substances that are used to maintain the vital activities
of living things and to protect the nutrients they need from their production
stage to their consumption.

Pesticides, which are divided into three groups
according to their mechanism of action, as contact, systemic and semi-systemic
effect, are widely used in plants. The unconscious use of these pesticides
causes the residue. These residues should be removed or destroyed.





The method should be determined according to the
product type and the mechanism of action (systemic-contact) in order to remove
the residues. Washing with solutions such as tap water, chlorine dioxide
solution and peroxyacetic acid solutions, heat treatment application, ozone,
ultrasonic, pulsed electric field, high hydrostatic pressure and gamma
radiation applications are among the processes that can be applied with the aim
of removing or reducing residues.
