After Acceptence

Accepted articles are reviewed by the field editor and edited in terms of spelling and grammatical errors. The edited article is sent to the author for the last time in order to correct possible errors in issues such as author names, author rank, author institutions, spelling errors, compatibility of tables and images with the text (Proofreading). During the editing of your article, in addition to corrections such as Turkish grammar, sentence structure, punctuation marks, corrections can be made where necessary, such as scientific content, compatibility with the language of the medical literature, and accuracy of statistical analysis. For example, minor errors such as spelling mistakes, punctuation errors are corrected by us, but your approval may be required for some major changes. In these cases, we offer you the change proposal with speech bubbles in the text.

What you need to do at this stage:

1. Examine your entire article in terms of spelling errors, data errors, inconsistencies between the numbers in the table and the numbers in the text. If you find an error, do not directly interfere with the text and indicate your request in the speech bubble. To open a speech bubble, you can click the “Add a new description” button under the “Review” menu while the cursor is on the relevant text. Let us know the change you want via the speech bubble. The changes you forward with speech bubbles will be reviewed one by one, and those that fit the journal format will be fulfilled, and those that don't will be ignored. Changes that you do not convey with a speech bubble and that you make by directly interfering with the text will not be noticed by us and will be ignored.
2. Check the author name, institution, contact information and author order. After this stage, no changes can be made in the name and order of the author.
3. With the speech bubble, answer the change suggestions asked to you with the speech bubble.

Authors should follow this document in the "end reader" tab or via their email. The question boxes opened on the article by the redaction editor are answered by the author and the article is ready for printing. The text, which has been finalized by the field editor and the author, is sent to the layout process. The article, which is converted into a pdf file with the layout process and reaches its final appearance before printing, is sent back to the author for a final check. After this control, the text becomes ready for printing.
