Darulhadis Journal decided at its board meeting on 03.11.2022 that all the content of the magazine published since 2021 should be open access. As a result of this decision, copyright and license terms now apply to all published content.

Authors publishing with Darulhadis retain the copyright to their work, licensing it under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license that gives permission to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format other than commercial purposes as well as remix, transform and build upon the material by providing appropriate credit to the original work.
Authors publishing with the journal retain the copyright to their work licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC 4.0).
Darulhadis has added its name to the Budapest Open Access.

By submitting their work to the journal, the authors are deemed to have accepted the following conditions.

Repository Policy
1. Articles published in Darulhadis are archived digitally in LOCKSS. In addition, published articles can be accessed by the author in the institutional archive of the university (DSpace, AVESİS etc.), subject archives, or other archives without the embargo period. So anyone can access this publication for free.
2. Darulhadis allows authors the use of the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving (author's personal website) and/or archiving in an institutional repository after publication.
3. Authors may self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based repositories. There is no embargo period but the published source must be acknowledged and a link to the journal home page or articles' DOI must be set.
4. Authors may download print of the article as a PDF document. Authors may send copies of the article to colleagues without embargo.
5. The publisher allow all versions of papers (Submitted version,
Accepted version, Published version) to be deposited in an institutional or other repository of the author’s choice without embargo.
6. Darulhadis uses the LOCKSS system to allow permanent archives to be created. Based on Stanford University Libraries, the LOCKSS Program provides award-winning, low-cost, open-source digital preservation tools to provide libraries and publishers with access to permanent and authoritative digital content. The LOCKSS Program is a library-led digital preservation system built on the principle of "securing large numbers of copies". The LOCKSS Program develops and supports libraries using open source end-to-end digital preservation software.
