The aim of the study was to determine the differences in fear of movement, falling risk, and physical activity level in elderly individuals with and without COVID-19.87 elderly participants were included with an online survey database access. Fear of movement was evaluated with the Kinesiophobia Causes Scale, and the risk of falling was assessed with the Fall Efficacy Scale-International. The Physical Activity Scale for Elderly was used to evaluate the level of physical activity. Fear of movement, risk of falling scores was found high, and the physical activity levels were low in elderly individuals who had undergone COVID-19 infection. However, no statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups in terms of fear of movement, risk of falling, and physical activity level (p>0.05). It was observed that the risk of falling, the fear of movement, and the level of physical activity in individuals with COVID-19 infection were similar to those of elderly people in isolation at home.
