Overweight and obesity increase the morbidity and mortality rates leading up to short and long-term health problems, especially cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes. However, people are more interested in techniques to lose weight faster. At the same time, people are looking for ways to lose weight more quickly. Popular diets come to the forefront by people who know the aesthetic concerns of people, the weaknesses of good-looking and feeling better with less effort.
