Siirt (Merkez) Yöresinde Belirlenen Makromantarlar

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Siirt Merkez ilçe sınırları içerisinde 2008 ve 2009 yıllarında yetişen makrofunguslar üzerinde yapılmıştır. Toplanan makromantarların arazide fotoğrafları çekilerek ekolojik, morfolojik ve etnomikolojik özellikleri kaydedilmiştir. Fungaryumda mantar örneklerine gerekli mikolojik teknikler uygulanarak kurutulmuş, spor baskıları alınmış ve gerekli mikroskobik verileri elde edilmiştir.
Elde edilen makroskobik ve mikroskobik veriler sonucunda, Pezizomycetes ve Agaricomycetes sınıfları içerisinde dağılım gösteren 15 familyaya ait toplam 46 makromantar taksonu teşhis edilmiştir. Tespit edilen bütün türler araştırma yöresi için yeni kayıttır.

Macrofungi Determined in Siirt (Central) District

Abstract

This study was carried out on macrofungi grown in 2008 and 2009 in Siirt Central district. The collected macrofungi were photographed in the field and ecological, morphological and ethnomicological characteristics were recorded. Macrofungi specimens were dried, taken spore-prints and necessary microscopic data were obtained by applying necessary mycological techniques in the Fungarium.
As a result of the macroscopic and microscopic data obtained, 46 macrofungi taxa belonging to 15 families of Pezizomycetes and Agaricomycetes were identified. All species identified are new records for the research area.
