Hakkâri İlinde Tespit Edilen Bazı Çürükçül Makrofunguslar

Abstract

Ağaç ve odun kalıntıları üzerinde yetişen mantarlar genellikle çürükçül mantarlar olarak tanımlanır. Ancak çürükçül mantarlar taksonomik bir kategoriyi temsil etmemekte ve bu mantarlar birçok sınıf ve takıma dahil olabilmektedir. Bu tür mantarlar lignin, selüloz ve hemiselülozu parçalayabilme yeteneğine sahiptir. Bu yetenek genellikle insanlar açısından olumsuz olarak değerlendirilir. Çünkü çürütücü mantarlar hem ekonomik değere sahip odunları hem de canlı ağaçları yok etmektedir. Ayrıca bu mantarlar tarımsal amaçlı kullanılan ve orman ekosisteminde bulunan ağaçlarda ciddi zararlara yol açmaktadır. Bu durum ülkelerin ekonomisi için oldukça önemlidir.
