Abstract

To learn the information can be obtained through research. To obtain information on human anatomy, physiology, tissue organ system should be without harming any living thing. For about human studies, laboratory animal models are used to simulate human biology. Experimental animal study requires that model animal and experimental design that can be adapted to human clinical response. In this context, the study should be used in studies believed to increase therapeutic or pharmacological effect in human health sector. Experimental design planning should be planned primarily at the cell, tissue, cell culture level, in the absence of this, the experimental animal should be used in case of lack of data. Considering the rate of harm and benefit given in these studies for the advancement of science, the feasibility of animal ethics should be ensured. Scientific utility should be provided that based on animal rights and ethics
