Abstract
The issue of Qur'anic History and Recitations is one of the remarkable and important subjects in Islamic sciences. The History of the Qur'an and Recitations, which have an important place in the tradition of Ahl as-Sunnah since the first periods, have also been interpreted in terms of Shia thought and the approaches of Shia to these issues have been made the subject of research. The study titled Shia's Perspective on Recitations and the History of the Qur'an, Assoc. Dr. It is the book form of the associate professorship study prepared by Ziya ŞEN. In his work, Şen tried to reveal how Shia approached the Qur'anic History, recitations and the issue of seven letters. The work consists of an introduction, two main parts and a conclusion, and it has a total of 339 pages. Our study is an introduction and evaluation on this work.

Kur’ân Tarihi ve Kıraatler meselesi, İslâmî ilimlerin içerisinde yer alan dikkat çekici ve önemli konulardandır. Özellikle Ehl-i Sünnet geleneği içerisinde ilk dönemlerden itibaren önemli bir yer tutan Kur’ân tarihi ve kıraatler, Şîa düşüncesi açısından da anlamlandırılmış ve Şîa’nın bu konulara yaklaşımları araştırma konusu yapılmıştır. Şîa’nın Kıraatlere ve Kur’ân Tarihine Bakışı isimli çalışma, Doç. Dr. Ziya ŞEN tarafından hazırlanan doçentlik çalışmasının kitap haline getirilmiş şeklidir. Şen, eserinde Şîa’nın Kur’ân Tarihine, kıraatlere ve yedi harf meselesine nasıl yaklaştığını ortaya koymaya çalışmıştır. Eser giriş, iki ana bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır ve toplamda 339 sayfadır. Çalışmamız, bu eser üzerine bir tanıtım ve değerlendirme niteliği taşımaktadır.
