Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Erzincan il sınırları içerisinde farklı habitatlarda (jips, kireçtaşı, serpentin) yetişen 25 bitki türü Jips (Ebenus macrophylla Jaub and Spach., Gypsophila lepidioides Boiss., Linum flavum L., Onobrychis nitida Boiss., Paracaryum stenolophum Boiss., Psephellus recepii Wagenitz & Kandemir, Tanacetum heterotomum (Bornm.) Grierson, Verbascum alyssifolium Boiss.), kireçtaşı (Alkanna megacarpa DC., Alyssum sibiricum Willd., Anthemis sp., Astragalus sp., Chrysophthalmum montanum (DC.) Boiss, Ebenus laguroides Boiss., Genista aucheri Boiss., Pelargonium endlicherianum Fenzl., Stachys sparsipilosa R.Bhattacharjee & Hub-Mor.) serpantin (Artedia squamata L., Consolida sp., Convolvulus pseudoscammania C. Koch., Erysimum pulchellum Willd., Fumana aciphylla Boiss., Gladiolus halophilus Boiss.& Heldr., Hypericum thymbrifolium Boiss & Noé, Salvia indica L.) ile çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, 25 plant species growing in different habitats (gypsum, limestone, serpentine) gypsum (Ebenus macrophylla Jaub and Spach., Gypsophila lepidioides Boiss., Linum flavum L., Onobrychis nitida Boiss., Paracaryum stenolophum Boiss., Psephellus recepii Wagenitz & Kandemir, Tanacetum heterotomum (Bornm.) Grierson, Verbascum alyssifolium Boiss.), limestone (Alkanna megacarpa DC., Alyssum sibiricum Willd., Anthemis sp., Astragalus sp., Chrysophthalmum montanum (DC.) Boiss, Ebenus laguroides Boiss., Genista aucheri Boiss., Pelargonium endlicherianum Fenzl., Stachys sparsipilosa R.Bhattacharjee & Hub-Mor.) serpentine (Artedia squamata L., Consolida sp., Convolvulus pseudoscammania C. Koch., Erysimum pulchellum Willd., Fumana aciphylla Boiss., Gladiolus halophilus Boiss.& Heldr., Hypericum thymbrifolium Boiss & Noé, Salvia indica L.) in Erzincan were studied. Within the scope of the study, metal (Cd, Cr, Pb, Co, Ba) concentrations were determined in different plants and the soils they grow. The flower, leaf and root parts of the collected plants and the soils of the habitats they grow were pre-treated in the laboratory. The metal concentration in the samples prepared afterwards was analyzed in ICP-MS. The obtained plant and soil data were evaluated statistically and the differences between the habitats were determined. It has been determined that there are differences in terms of metal in the generative and vegetative parts of the plant.
