Doğum Sonu Dönemde Sık Görülen Sorunlara Yönelik Güncel Yaklaşımlar

Abstract

Doğum sonu dönem kadın vücudunun gebelik öncesi haline dönme süreci olup, bu dönemde kanama, enfeksiyon, yorgunluk, uyku bozuklukları, meme problemleri, perine ağrısı, aile planlaması ve cinsellik gibi pek çok konuda sorun görülebilmektedir. Bu sorunların önlenmesi ve giderilmesinde hemşirelerin verecekleri bakım uygulamaları önem kazanmaktadır. Doğum sonu dönemde verilecek bakımda kanıta dayalı güncel uygulamaların kullanılması verilen bakımın etkinliği konusunda anahtar noktayı oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda derlemede doğum sonu dönemde sık görülen kanama, depresyon, enfeksiyon, emzirme sorunları ve cinsel sorunlar güncel yaklaşımlar çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır.

Current Approaches to Common Problems in the Postpartum Period

Abstract

Postpartum period is the process of returning the female body to its pre-pregnancy state, and many problems such as bleeding, infection, fatigue, sleep disorders, breast problems, perineum pain, family planning and sexuality can be seen in this period. The care practices of nurses gain importance in the prevention and elimination of these problems. The use of evidence-based current practices in postpartum care is a key point in the effectiveness of care. In this context, bleeding, depression, infection, breastfeeding problems and sexual problems in the postpartum period were discussed within the framework of current approaches.
