Abstract
Chiliaditi syndrome is a rare syndrome, which is generally asymptomatic. This syndrome is interposition of the colon only or with the small intestine in hepatodiaphragmatic area.Generally it may be without symptoms, but sometimes, there may be the typical symptoms such as a abdominal pain, nause, vomiting and constipation; however, atypical symptoms such as dyspnea and chest pain may also exist. Altough the diagnosisof COPD were not verified by the physical examinations, 57 years old, male patient having the concordant clinical findings for COPD and treated as COPD was presented dueto the rare clinical characters and laboratory findings of Chiliaditi syndrome.

Öz
Chiliaditi sendromu nadir görülen bir durum olup genellikle asemptomatiktir. Kolonun tek başına veya ince barsaklarla birlikte karaciğer ile diafragma arasına sıkışması sonucu oluşur. Asemptomatik olabileceği gibi bazen karın ağrısı, bulantı, kusma vekabızlık gibi tipik semptomların yanı sıra; nefes darlığı ve göğüs ağrısı gibi atipik şikayetlere de neden olabilir. Fizik muayene incelemeleri KOAH tanısını doğrulamamasına rağmen, klinik ve laboratuvar bulgularının KOAH’la uyumlu olması nedeniyle KOAHgibi tedavi alan, 57 yaşındaki erkek hasta Chiliaditi sendromunun nadiren rastlanılır klinik özellikleri nedeniyle sunuldu.
