Profesyonel futbolcularda sezon başı ve sezon sonu propriyosepsiyon, fonksiyonel endurans ve koordinasyon testlerindeki değişikliklerin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, futbolcuların sezon öncesi ve sonrası propriyosepsiyon, endurans ve koordinasyon değerlendirmelerini yapmak ve bu değerlendirme sonuçları ışığında sezon boyunca uygulanan antrenman programlarının bu parametreler üzerindeki etkinliğini ve futbolcuların sezon içindeki değişimini incelemekti.

Yöntem: Çalışmamıza 16 futbol oyuncusu (yaş ortalaması: 18,87±0,61 yıl) ve 16 sedanter birey (yaş ortalaması:20,93±4,48 yıl) katıldı. Her iki gruba, “Monitörize Fonksiyonel Squat Sistem (MFSS)” cihazı kullanılarak propriyosepsiyon, fonksiyonel endurans ve koordinasyon değerlendirmeleri yapıldı. Futbolcular sezon başında ve sezon sonunda olmak üzere iki defa değerlendirilirken, sedanter grup bir kere değerlendirildi.

Bulgular: Futbolcuların sezon başında koordinasyon defisitleri, sedanter gruptan, konsentrik ve eksentrik koordinasyon değerleri açısından az bulundu (p<0,05). Futbolcuların sezon sonu ölçüm sonuçları ise aynı şekilde sedanter gruptan, konsentrik koordinasyon değeri açısından fazla bulundu (p<0,05). Propriyosepsiyon sonuçlarında sporcuların sezon başı ve sezon sonu değerlendirmelerinde ve sedanter bireylerle yapılan karşılaştırmalarında fark bulunmadı (p>0.05). Futbolcuların sezon başı ve sezon sonu ölçümleri karşılaştırıldığında; sezon sonuna doğru konsentrik koordinasyon değerlerinde azalma görülürken (p<0,05), konsentrik endurans değerlerinde artış görüldü (p<0,05).

Sonuç: Hem sezon başı hem de sezon sonu ayrıntılı bir şekilde yapılan değerlendirmelerin, futbolcuların fiziksel ihtiyaçlarının ve propriyosepsiyon, endurans ve koordinasyon değerlerindeki eksikliklerinin belirlenmesinin yanısıra antrenman programlarının da şekillenmesine yardımcı olacağını düşünmekteyiz.
