Çalışanların İşlerine Yönelik Tutumlarının Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışları Üzerindeki Etkisinde İşlerine Yönelik Kalite Bilinçlerinin Aracı Etkisi

Abstract

Günümüz postmodern çalışma ortamlarında çalışanlar işlerine yönelik farklı tutumlar, kalite bilinçleri ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları sergileyebilmektedirler. Ayrıca işyerlerinde hem ekonomik hem de sosyo-kültürel sebeplerden ötürü çalışanların işlerine yönelik tutum, kalite bilinci ve vatandaşlık davranışlarında farklılıklar oluşabilmektedir. Literatürde daha evvel gerçekleştirilen araştırmalar incelendiğinde çalışanların işlerine yönelik olumlu tutumları, kalite bilinçleri ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları birçok alanda çeşitli değişkenler ile birlikte araştırılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın metodolojik özellikleri dikkate alınarak farklı örgüt kültürüne sahip organizasyonlarda faaliyette bulunan farklı bireysel özellikleri barındıran çalışanların; işlerine yönelik tutumları, kalite bilinçleri ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları bir bütün olarak sistematik bir şekilde inşa edilmek istenmiştir. Araştırmada çalışanların işlerine yönelik olumlu tutumlarının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları üzerinde ve işe yönelik kalite bilinçleri üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışanların işlerine yönelik kalite bilinçlerinin de örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları üzerinde pozitif ve anlamlı etkisinin olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların işlerine yönelik olumlu tutumlarının örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları üzerindeki etkisinde işlerine yönelik kalite bilinçlerinin tam aracı etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür.

The Mediating Effect of Quality Consciousness towards Their Works Influence of Employees' Attitudes Towards Business on the Impact of Organizational Citizenship Behaviors

Abstract

In today's postmodern work environments, employees can exhibit different attitudes, quality consciousness, and organizational citizenship behaviors. Also, there may be differences in attitudes, quality awareness, and citizenship behaviors of employees for their work due to both economic, and socio-cultural reasons. When the previous studies in the literature are examined, the positive attitudes of employees towards their jobs, quality consciousness, and organizational citizenship behaviors have been investigated in many areas with various variables. Considering the methodological characteristics of the research carried out, the employees with different individual characteristics operating in organizations with different organizational cultures; Attitudes towards their jobs, quality consciousness, and organizational citizenship behaviors were aimed to be built systematically a whole. In the study, it was concluded that these positive attitudes of the employees towards their jobs had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviors and quality consciousness of the job. It has been observed that the quality consciousness of employees about their jobs has a positive and significant effect on their organizational citizenship behavior. Also, it has been observed that the quality consciousness towards their jobs has a full mediating effect on the impact of the positive attitudes of the employees on their organizational citizenship behaviors.
