Abstract
Doğum ağrısı, kadınların hayatındaki en ağrılı deneyim olarak ele alınabilir. Doğum ağrısının kontrolü, doğum yapan kadınlara verilen bakımın temel amaçlarından biridir. Doğum ağrısının giderilmesi için uygulanan epidural analjeziden farmakolojik olmayan yöntemlere kadar uzanan geniş bir modalite yelpazesi bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada farklı bir yöntem ile doğum sırasında yaşadığı ağrısı azaltılan 40 haftalık gebenin olgusu sunulmuştur.

Abstract
Birth pain can be considered as the most painful experience in a woman's life. Control of labor pain is one of the main goals of care for women who have given birth. There is a wide range of modalities from epidural analgesia to non-pharmacological methods for the relief of labor pain. In this study, a 40-week pregnant woman whose labor pain was reduced by a different method was presented as a case.
