COVİD-19 PANDEMİSİNDE FİZİKSEL AKTİVİTE VE EGZERSİZİN ÖNEMİ

Abstract

Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan COVID-19 eğitim, sağlık, ekonomi, sosyal vb. yaşamın birçok alanında halen varlığını sürdürmektedir. Pandeminin artmasıyla birlikte salgının görüldüğü ülkelerde salgın yayılım hızını düşürmek için karantina, esnek çalışma, uzaktan eğitim, evde çalışma gibi birtakım önlemler alınmaya devam edilmektedir. Fiziksel inaktivite, dünyadaki en önemli sağlık problemlerinden biri olarak göze çarpmaktadır. Dünya üzerinde gerçekleşen tüm ölümlerde, ölüm nedenlerinden bağımsız olarak, ölüm riskini en çok artıran faktörün hareketsiz yaşam olduğu bilinmektedir. Litaretatür tarama yönteminin kullanıldığı bu çalışmanın amacı COVID-19 sebebiyle alınan önlemlerle birlikte insanların evlerinde daha çok zaman geçirmek zorunda kaldığı bu süreçte fiziksel inaktivite nedeniyle insan organizmasının karşılaşabileceği problemlere dikkat çekmek ve okuyucularda fiziksel aktivite ve egzersizin önemi hakkında farkındalık yaratmaktır.
