ENERJi SiSTEMLERi, MAKRO BESiNLER, ANTRENMAN ALANLARI VE ANTRENMAN YÖNTEMLERi

Abstract

Makro Besinler adı verilen karbonhidrat, yağ ve proteinler enerji verirler ve bu enerjiyle insan organizması çalışır. Makro besinler aerobik ve anaerobik olarak; Alaktik Anaerobik, Laktik Anaerobik ve Aerobik olarak enerji verirler ve antrenman yöntemleri enerji sistemlerine göre şekillenirler. Her enerji sisteminin bir çalışma şiddeti ve süresi bulunmaktadır. Enerji sistemlerinin şiddet ve süreleri fizyolojik yönden bir uyumu yaratır ve bu uyuma kondisyonlanma denir. Enerji sistemlerinin şiddet ve süreleri beş antrenman alanı yaratır ve antrenman alanları enerji sistemlerinin etkisi altındadır. Her antrenman alanı ağırlıklı olarak bir enerji alanında daha baskın olmakla birlikte bütün enerji alanlarını kullanır. Bu nedenle antrenman alanları içerisinde bulunan antrenman yöntemleri antrenman alanının yapısına göre yüklenme ve dinlenme özelliklerini taşırlar. Aerobik Eşik, Anaerobik Eşik, Maksimal Oksijen Kullanımı, Laktik Asit Tolerans ve Fosfajen Antrenman Alanları olmak üzere beş antrenman alanı bulunur.
